Hello, I'm Drew Logan, and I've been working on a Zelda game with my good friend Matt1000000 for about 4 years. Honestly, you'd think 4 years would be outstanding work, but we never really got into making the game till 2 years ago, and we kept running into crappy errors and I had trouble fixing them. Now, however, the bugs are completed and we've so far made 4 maze levels (Stuck in a castle), a Dungeon including a boss and other levels that I'm too lazy to mention. Please note this is not like a normal LoZ game, where you have to think things through (although we may do that later on), but more on the edge of a maze-type action game. Tiling in most levels are NOT complete, such as the crappy walls in the castle levels 1-5. We're planning to fix it (Scr 1 2 and 3, I believe).

Link includes Bombs, swords, a jumping-off -cliffs engine (may take out) and a boomarang. I also added a Power-sword engine (like in LoZ - Link's Awakening) A heart system is also in place. I may be thinking of adding another addition from Link's Awakening: the Invincible Acorn (or something of that sort)
A lot of the credits go to TRW, seeing as this is based on his engine (He's a god).

The plot, in brief, is about a Witch named Midori who is evil (duh), and wreaks havok all over the world because of a power she has discovered and harnessed. Yada yada yada, get to the top of her Dungeon and kill her to restore world peace.
(Hey, if you can help me think what the power thing should be let me know)

With how much the people on this board use mockups, I was beginning to wonder if place-holder graphics still existed.

I'm more of a "level designer" and drews somewhat of my programmer, i ask him to make a object do something and he does it lol, i put tiles down and place stuff in the levels and put solids everywhere. my jobs alot more important than he lets on  :P. but for a while it was drew makes the level and i pimp it out lol

Yea but we're not little kids who get all excited about making something... this is basicly a free time thing (which I get a lot), and I promise there's nothing to stop us from making it.
Making a game by yourself bores me, but with a partner you motivate one another.

Yep s'me. :) Yeah, I did fall down a hole, but I crawled out and now I'm back at ZFGC for the 5th time or something. ;D As soon as I saw your name in recent posts, I clicked.

next week? geez drew your pushin it! lol just kidding well i guess maybe i should fix up those few beginning levels and if you want i could use my "imagination" to get a good story line goin seeing as like, we still need a reason for why link is in the towers right. only if you want, you amy say its mine and yours now but you created it man, whatever you want but u know what kind of crazy imagination i have lol :P ;D
