Ah. They're called Holograms. The confusion is due to the fact that they are made using Holography and are thus Holographic, in a sense.

A hologram is a 3d projected image, like in Star Wars.
Guys, I think he means the pictures, that when you tilt them, change the picture. He's not talking about a hologram. A hologram is still 3D even if you don't tilt it. And that's what he's all up to."Wackelbilder" in German, so I translated it on some site, only found a forum-discussion. It's called a "Lenticular Picture."
