If we were really merging, why isn't there a topic in Announcements on DSR?  You would think that during a merge, both sides would be saying that they were going to do this. 

Considering that this is still open to discussion, I could assume that you will say because we haven't, so they haven't decided yet either.  It also wouldn't be a merge since we really wouldn't be gaining anything.

This has been very recently decided:  Between metal, and us (the zfgc staff).  I'd expect an official announcement to go up there tomorrow when their staff is told.

The DSR members wouldn't believe us and feel we are lying fools.  That is not what we want if we are going to merge the communities.  We all voted it was right to put it as an announcment by the staff.

EDIT:  I've been quoting the topics in mod discussion btw :P

If this is a joke, good job guys, you had me going for a while.

If this isn't a joke, !@#$% NO.  DSR sucks and ZFGC was reinstated for a reason.  ZFGC is much better than DSR, member-wise and staff-wise.  We don't have any !@#$% members for staff members that are against personal topics here.  That should be reason enough.  The only reason Metal would want to merge is so that DSR would be more active.  The hell with that, those guys can sit in the crap they've done with their forum.

This topic is the dumbest one I have seen in a while.  Even though it does what it was intended to do, reinvigorating the forum community, it still plays on the emotions of people who can't see through the smoke of the bad humor. 

If Metal were in on this, he should have also posted in here saying what was going to happen.  He is a member of both forum's so it would only seem appropriate.  Why would the staff merge when no one there knows who Drewdelz and some of the other are?  You'd think that Metal, who since he is from the bigger forum would be managing the whole thing would post in here at least explaining it.  Besides, Metal himself wanted ZFGC a seperate entity.  FISSION MAILED.

Ok... This is a pretty weak joke. You guys need to pull some better ones :p If you really want to cause some chaos, !@#$% with the forums, like making everything scroll (ala DJvenom) or adding LUEshi to the announcements. (ala me) Or make a more believable joke at least.
