What do you get when a Christian organization reviews a game like Doom III? This of course!

lol. So, Doom 3 is anti-hell (you !@#$% own them demons), it's anti-evil (good beats evil at great cost. How many games feature that >_>), it teaches you that evil lurks in every shadow (an excellent metaphor for the human mind, and one religion preaches repeatedly), and they still don't like it?

What is up with these people?

Its got a satanic feel abouts it.

So has chocolate, but they don't preach about that.

I mean, chocolate actually recreates the feeling of love in the human mind! It artificially induces the human mind to feel love! Clearly this is a plan by satan to lure people away from loving women, and over to loving chocolate, which is brown, like !@#$%, therefore luring them over to homosexuality! It makes perfect sense!

You don't understand, they aren't against the principles of defeating hell, they just don't think that the gore and other adult subjects in the game are appropriate for viewing.  They think it's over the top.

Yeah, I've read a few reviews off of this site before too. I never knew that Fire Emblem Path of Radiance was a good example of a christian game, though. But I found that specific review to be extremely hilarious because the guy complained about spellcasters and how you really aren't forced to use them but you'll lose. OMFG I thought that was the most hilarious thing, OMFG MAGIC!!LDA!>>@@!! IT IS TEH EVILNESS!!!!

I liked it as an FPS. As a horror game i'd say it was average. Well, I WOULD say it was average, but then I tried playing it with all the lights off, at midnight. Nearly crapped my pants...

Funny, I never used spellcasters in Path of Radiance and I got along just fine...

I don't really see what's wrong with this site, personally. I mean dude, Doom 3 is a pretty !@#$% up game in terms of its content, and that offends some people. For those people, this site helps them know when to stay away. I don't understand why they care, but whatever, to each his own.

Big deal, to them any reference to any form of god OTHER than their god is some form of blasphemy.

What? The game features made-up fictional gods with no resemblance to modern faith? BURN IT! IT IS TEH DEVI111ILLLL!!!!11!!!

I personally can't help but wonder what people so obsessed with their religion and pushing it onto other people are trying to over-compensate for...

Even back when I was Xian, I thought this was !@#$%. But when I saw that this is actually VERY Xian is about when I stopped believing.
