The problem with the eye is it's a little too small and looking upwards, like TomPel tried to correct. It makes her look a little older...

The nose shouldn't have nostrils the obvious though.. But maybe could do with a little rounding.  Also if you want it to look more like her, you could consider opening her mouth a little and adding the small dimple below it.

Lastly, widen her neck slightly.

Nice, but her tie looks really kinda pillow shaded ... but the rest still looks pretty :D.

Nice update!! The shading on the shirt looks great!
I agree with cb43569 about the tie, but it kind of looks like that in the original picture too XD

Edit: I was really bored so I tried to change the eye (I hope that's ok :O)

I think the eye looks good as it already is, I just wanted to see if I could make her look less upwards :o

It's nice, but can you save it as .gif or .png? .jpg messed it up :(

I used the idea of your eye, it looks good. But I decreased the colors because you added a bunch of colors ;)

Maybe a bit more contrast in the shirt shading? I mean, it looks great, I love the way you did it, but the colours are a bit too alike so it doesn't stand out very much - meaning it can't be admired XD

Pretty nice, except the nose and the lips. Lips are too thin and unnatural red and the nose should be more visible.
