I got a DVD for free called Metal Gear Solid 4 Vol. 2.

It lays out some of the story behind the MG franchise.  This is a picture I took from the end of the DVD:



What?  As you can see, FOXdie is taking effect on Snake.  I truly wonder if Hideo is going to have him commit suicide.

No it's not.  If I put *SPOILERS* in the title and you enter then obviously you should expect something.

Unless you mean that it's not 100% fact yet. lol

If the information is hinted in a publicly provided trailer that is meant to get you to buy the game, I do not think that it is a spoiler.  The still-image makes it look like he is simulating fellatio on that gun though.

FOX DIE IS NOT WHAT CAUSES SNAKE'S AGING. IT'S BECAUSE HE'S A CLONE OF BIG BOSS. HIS CELLS DON'T HOLD AS LONG AS A NORMAL PERSON'S, HENCE THE ACCELERATED AGING.
