To bomb or not to bomb... Reputation: +6/-0 Offline Gender: Posts: 4162	I like the second to last one, looks like he's worried about something, or is about to say something horrible. The middle one makes him look sad. And the last one is kinda creepy; reminds me of a jack-o-lantern. The second one makes him look surprised, and the first one is more of a template than anything to me. Logged

They're all supposed to be default faces... so haniwas aren't the best things to draw inspiration from. OoT's Great Deku Tree looks too much like an Ent already, so I'm out of ideas. Logged

With the exception of the blank one, they all are good. Even the far right one, which looks like he's in a mischievious mood or something. Surprised, sad, worried, mischievious, all are good emotions for the character. Logged

But I can't make them walk in left,right or down because I don't have sprites of their heads in all those dirrectionns Any ways here it is. I hope you like them ^^ Logged

The eyes used on that face exist in the game, the hair is modified from a female singer's, the hat is a modified Forest Minish's, and the body is just Link's, recolored. Actually, that body and hat have been altered since you put them in your avatar. I may or may not use Link's running animation when I animate my Kokiri sprites... probably not, in order to keep the number of sprites smaller. Regarding the Deku Tree, I could probably turn that into a boss... but that doesn't help in making a real Great Deku Tree... Logged

EDIT : i just realised its supposed to be minish cap style(duh!) and ive never tried that before so...yeah. i might give this one a miss because i only do ALTTP style atm and ive pretty much nailed it so i dont wanna switch styles right now incase i 'lose' it « Last Edit: October 04, 2008, 05:02:43 am by Skeme KOS » Logged
