Would you believe I've never had a reason to lie about my age, the situation of buying alcohol has simply never come up for me personally, and I practically never go to the movies.
It's not about whether I needed any alcohol, it's about making yourself feel big. On my birthday, I purposely went to a liquor store wearing school uniform so that they'd have to ID me.
I go to the pub all the time, it's just I wanted to be ID checked for once...
You're 18 and wearing school uniform? Either it's an old uniform, or you're college is weird.
Hmm, now that IS a scary thought, when in Year 13 most people I know will soon be able to buy Alcohol...drunken Physics lessons are all that can follow xD
Umm, I'm in year 12, and 18 years old, and wear a school uniform. Granted I only have about 4 weeks until I'm finished, but still. Also, getting carded is lame. I'd prefer people just assume I'm over 18. It's less of a hassle, and it makes me feel like an adult.
