I don't want the legendaries to look like !@#$% robots. I mean, it was fine when Mewtwo was the only one... but there's a whole army of robot legendaries now. Has Gamefreak invented AI or something? Hmm the Pokemon at least look weird enough. For all of you out there that wonder why they always look so weird and not more like animals/plants like in the first generation and also a bit in the second generation. Well the answer is easy. Pokemon is the biggest example of a video game where animal abuse and cruelty is the main theme and the central part of the gameplay. And to dull and obscure that reason is why they make the Pokemon weirder and weirder and less like animals and plants.

Someone mentioned that the legendary look more and more like robots, well it is morally and legally not wrong to pit robots in a fight against each other.

There are spots where the AAing goes weird. EDIT: I agree with Niek, a few years ago some animal rights activists went after GameFreak and Nintendo about animal cruelty in a few of their games and to cut back on this they decided to create "random" characters by blending the aspects of several plants/animals into one creature.
