Heres a Lizalflos concept art based on HyperRidley's Description. Didn't include his axes, but you get the point.
I might add in basic shading.

It does the job, but I would be curious to see it with the axes. Since the axes are a part of the sprite, I think it would be beneficial for the spriters to know what they look like.
