Good to see we at least have a peek at what to expect. I just hope Wii U doesn't burn through all of Nintendo's franchises at the fast pace that Wii did.

Thinking about it it really is quite interesting. Never before has there been a case of a new console being almost the same performance wise as the old one, then the next one being very modern again.

Also, who really cares about the new controller? I really feel this time the controller isn't that special to me. When the Wii came out I was like O_o...You mean I can swing my hands to play tennis? AWESOME.
Now I just care about the graphics quality of the games exclusively. Maybe it's age?

Maybe, but it doesn't have to be all WOW!
The only good thing about the 3DS for example is not the fact that it's in 3D. It's just a thing on the side for me.

The DS was pretty damn radical when it first came out too (touch screen games, on two screens?), yet its extremely obvious now. It seems like the wii u is headed in the same direction. No need for a big wow, as long as it just makes nicer experiences when playing games, like having two screens and being able to touch one has done for the DS.

With all of this Wii U Specs. talk, I cannot wait for the new Legend Of Zelda installment! Supposedly, it will bring evolution to the franchise as well as gaming in general. Maybe I'm over exaggerating, but overall, this new system and games to follow will be a fun ride for fans of Nintendo and the Nintendo world alike.
