What would you do if you were a moderator any part of ZFGC staff?

I would do the same exact things I always do, while occasionally reprimanding someone or locking a topic. Because that's exactly what I did when I was a mod.

I would have less of a hassle to go through in creating events; specifically in needing staff approval.  The Halloween contest, for example, was something that due to a lack of response in the staff section, Infini allowed me to side-step all of that approval to just do it on my own. 

I would create a topic in the Ideas and Concepts board that would be a reminder that if a person wanted their project moved that they should PM a moderator.  I would also clean up the Discussion board in Projects so that it was easier to use and so that the stickied topic was less dense.   I would be able to lock topics without the everyone getting upset because I would have good reason for acting in such a way and I understand human nature as well.  Finally, I would finally be recognized on the staff page for a simple title rather than how all of the work I have done now leaves me unworthy of mention.

Implement a bug into the PHP code of the website so that, between 12am and 1am in England, if the weather in Japan is rain, it is a Tuesday in Mexico and Meterosexuality is no longer considered fashionable in California the server will crash and all websites redirected to  website of Jesus dancing to Bohemian Rhapsody whilst singing "Hey Nonny Nonny" and occasionally !@#$% slapping a life-size wax doll of Adolf Hitler.

Shake off the ban shackles with your feminine wiles!  Let seduction instead be your bond!  (I don't know why I say this, probably because it was off the top of my head and because I liked how the word bond takes on two meanings).

But meh, it is difficult to say what I would do if I were a staff member because everything I would do as a staff member I am already doing: the Weekly, setting up contests and events, etc.  I would probably be trying to find a way to use my clout and abilities to improve development; organizing the engines on the forum, presenting a clearer way to learn aspects of programming, organizing resources better.  For example, the WIP part of the site has it so your project will not get bumped up if you have an update to it.  I'd change that so the good projects that just happened to be posted earlier were still getting some love.
