I'd imagine it won't be integrated amazingly. It's a cool idea though, I think.
What does it matter for me anyway? Those damn 3D glasses don't seem to be compatible with my retinas ;___;
I don't know what condition you have with your eyes.
You also have glasses that don't need red and green filters. They work with shutters, which is truely 3D. And it seems the Nvidia 3D vision goggles, work with this concept. Therefore it should work with every eye. Because it closes view for eye 1, while presenting the image for the eye 2 and then the shutters switches to the eye 2, while the screen of the eye 1 is shown. This happens so fast, that your brain makes it seem as if it is one fully 3D image. It should actually say 3D stereoscopic vision and just 3D.
Therefore colorblindness has no effect.
ON topic: The NVidia 3D Vision is cool, but I've never liked any of the Resident Evil games.
