Excellent drawing! The lips aren't quite 'perfect', but I think the hair is spot on! Nice one :P

The chin and lips are at an angle to the rest of the face, and the nose is also slightly angled. Other than that, I see no problems at all, and you've definitely captured his likeness very well.
