Wii: Forecast channel

Well, what do people think of it? I think it's a nice novelty. Sorta a poor man's version of Google Earth, spliced with a forecast system. Nice.

Also, rumours of intenet channel coming at the same time? Is it true?

meh, i got it a couple of hours ago, and it does seem pretty cheap, the "current" is definately HOURS behind, and i still don't think the internet is coming for a while, like january or february next year, but i'm not sure..

i forgot all about the forecast channel, my wii is just updating has i post this for the forecast channel.
then i'll post in my view of what i think of it.

[Edit] it's 1 diegree where i am, god its cold. well it looks alright shame you can't zoom right in like google earth but other then that erm... the music nice.

Regarding the Opera Browser, it will come out as a beta on the 22nd of December. Just wait a bit longer!

I still gotta reconfigure my Wireless connection...
Other than that, I hope the Forecast channel is useful enough for me to arrange tennis matches...
By the way, is it free?

course its free just update your wii when you reconfigure your wireless connection, its simple has that.

It's pretty neat. I like the fact that you can just highlight the channel to see the weather, rather then to have it load all day. Pretty useful, too. I give it a 1/1.
