I did in fact rip all the Minish Cap sounds a while back, but never mind that since you're trying to contribute and that's super-swell.
Just some advice, the soundbank is originally in 16kHz, so you should keep it as that when you encode to MP3. Right now if anybody uses your file to cut up some sounds, they'll end up with 44.1kHz; almost 3 times the filesize for the same quality.
And that bit about bomb sounds and stuff being made up of various sounds - check out HelpTheWretched's (my) site's notes and you'll see the facts behind that. You've supplied the pre-recorded MC sounds, but many more sounds are made using any of the GBA's four waveform channels (square waves, triangle wave, and noise). I believe bomb sounds are just the noise channel, and not a sample.
