So I had a computer with XP on it, I liked it :)
I have a new computer, the other fried up, and it has Vista on it, and I wanna run some other programs that are not Vista compatable.
I have the restore disk, but it only runs on an E-Machines computer -_-...
Thats what I get for buying an E-Machines.
SO.  I wanna dual boot my pre-installed Vista (No disk) with my XP (Incompatable disk) :)
Help?  Is it even possible?

Theres a magical thing called Torrenting. >.> If you want to resort to that, that is. Otherwise you could.. appeal to Microsoft and try to get a free copy I suppose?

No, just hook up your XP harddrive to the Vista one. If you said an EMachines computer fried up, I'll guess it's the motherboard then, so your harddrive will be fine. I think that, if you plug in your XP harddrive, it'll dualboot automatically. Good luck.
