I got back into watching alot of anime as of late. I've found myself getting more absorbed into them by listening in Jap instead of English. Course I use subtitles but nevermind that. I have been watching mostly things(mostly ALL lol) from the various Gundam series(the original, WING-personal favorite ^^, SEED, and SEED Destiny).

I must seriously say that this tops my favorite anime song of all time ,surprised I found the actual anime music video of it on youtube:

I am known alot as a person that has hidden their emotions throughout life. I have also tried to push other's emotions away from affecting me. I don't know but that song brings alot of hidden emotion out of me. Very few songs exist that I have listened to can do that, especially the Jap version(I love the Jap version so much more ^^).

Anyways, you guys got any good anime songs?

I enjoyed some of the music from the intro to Cowboy Bebop. That's not saying much though, most animes have shitty music.

Not sure if what you are talking about includes opening themes, but meh. The only song I can think of that is not an opening or ending theme is from Gundam SEED Destiny where Kira is fighting between or around episodes 19-22 (one of those episodes is probably a recap episode). It is when Kira goes into SEED mode and a songs pops up where the lyrics translated come out to be something like "the flames born from the dying star are being burned by the final dream". It was an alright scene. It might have also been around the time in the series when this guy in an orange mech was sliced by the one girl in the black gundam.

I have a few favorite themes though:
- Unlimited from Samurai 7
- Get Wild from City Hunter
- Opening and Ending themes from Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny
- All music from Death Note
- Ending themes from Inuyasha by Do as Infinity
- Anything by HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR (Bleach)

etc.
