They're releasing Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories in the US in december. The one that came with KH2: FM. It will be $30. I wanted my damn KH2: Final Mix.

I wanted KH2:Fm not for that shitty CoM remake, i wanted it for the new keyblade in KH2, the new special boss, fighting all the org. members.

I'm more suprised that it's gonna be for the ps2 than that they're re-releasing it.

I bet Squenix did this to spite us. Why? Japan has something on us now. I bet they're really pissed off that all their RPGs come out in America with bug-fixes and shitty translation, That's probably like a slap in the face to them, put yourself in their shoes.

What's so bad about this?

Chain of Memories for GBA rocked, and so did the KH games for PS2 o.0;;... The gameplay was kickass (granted the story was bothersome)

While its awesome that we're getting the chain of memories remake, it came packaged with an updated version of Kingdom Hearts II in Japan 2 years ago. They're not giving us the updated KHII part of the game, just the CoM part.

Oh, *shrugs* no worries

It doesn't really bother me... We never got to take advantage of the HDD for the PS2 either, so its understandable that we didn't get a lot of the games that utilize it

If it makes you feel any better KH2 FM was nowhere near as worth the buy as KH FM. The extras were nice, but they seemed lacking.

I loved Chain of Memories, but from what I've heard the remake was made too easy.
